This group consists of a wide range of preparations for dairy industry, which are ideal as bases for mixing with ice cream mass. They give the flavour and colour to ice cream produced by artisan and industrial methods. They are an excellent, in terms of price, alternative to condensed pastes. The fruit can be in whole fragments or in homogeneous form, obtained from purées and concentrates.
On request, we prepare preparations of various physicochemical parameters tailored to the specific requirements of production lines.
