A group of semi-finished products that enrich the taste and make the appearance of a wide range of bakery and confectionery products manufactured using both industrial and artisanal methods. They are used as an addition to products baked from, among others, shortcrust pastry, sponge cake, puff pastry and gingerbread. They are also excellent for decorating, stuffing and layering cakes, tarts, apple pies, doughnuts, yeast cakes, etc. Depending on the purpose of the filling, they differ in fruit content, consistency and the parameter of extract and water activity. We also offer a wide range of cream fillings.
