Thanks to their thermostable properties, the fillings tolerate both high and low temperatures well. After thawing, they retain their consistency, taste and colour. These semi-finished products are intended for dispensing after baking both inside and on the surface of pastry products. The fruit may be in purée form or as in fragments of any size. The most popular flavours are: multifruit, peach, raspberry and cherry.
