Fruit preparations dispensed as a layer
Thickened preparations of a compact consistency and properties preventing their mixing with a milk layer. A specially developed formula and the applied stabilisation system prevent the preparation from penetrating the milk mixture of yoghurts (cups with a spoon), cheese and desserts. They can be dispensed on the bottom of the finished product cup or on the surface of the milk base. Fruit can have different fragmentation adjusted to the customer's requirements. These preparations are also available in BIO version, sweetened with cane sugar.
